Functions:

Collecting and archiving of data from samples and components

Capturing via online-connection to scale, barcode, digital camera and keyboard resp. interface to delamination easyQ-DLA.

Testing

Collecting and archiving of test data as e.g. sample-weight, process of watering and drying, interpretation of delamination. Picture documentation of samples.
Evaluation of delamination under help of image processing.

Reports

Extensive reports as single report, accumulative report over freely definable period (Shift/day/week). Customer reports etc.
Export possibility to excel.

New: 3D-histogram for single and total delamination in correlation to glue amount.
Future versions will include also further value pairs, e.g. surface roughness – delamation.

Data management in SQL-database.
All working processes are as far as possible automated.
Interpretation of delamination optional under support of image processing.

Future software-versions will cover step by step the complete spectrum of tests within the glued timber industry:

• Shear test / Bending test
• Control of mixture-ratio of glue / hardener and applied volume of glue in finger-jointing / layer-press
• Electronic „Leimbuch“ (production documentation) finger-jointing / layer-press
